PRODUCT EXTRAS

Parade's Parelio range of mid-top safety shoes is specifically designed for professionals working in refineries and heavy industry. In addition to being non-magnetic, Parelio combines

  • a high level of slip resistance (SR);
  • a high level of fuel resistance and oil resistance (FO);
  • cold insulation (CI) and heat insulation (HI) of the sole complex;
  • heat resistance of the outsole up to 300°C (HRO);
  • electrostatic charge shoes (ESD).

S3S, equipped with a composite toecap and a textile anti-puncture insert, Parelio high-top safety shoes also protect your feet from the risks of perforation, impact or crushing.

Without compromising on your safety, Parelio also ensures your comfort with

  • padded ankle support for a snug fit;
  • breathable 3D-mesh lining;
  • quality pull-up leather upper, water-repellent for 7 hours;
  • removable liner;
  • two exclusive Parade technologies:
    • DRS (Delete Resonance System): a cavity under the heel that collapses when the heel comes into contact with the ground for greater flexibility when walking;
    • VPS SYSTEM (Suspended Arch Support): an ergonomic sole that supports the natural arch of your foot by following the shape of your arch.

VPS (suspended arch support)

The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.

Delete Resonance System (DRS)

Our DRS technology is in the heel and acts as a shock absorber. DRS is a cavity under the heel, in the shape of a semi-circular indent. When the heel is in contact with the terrain, this cavity falls inwards and moves with the heel to adapt to the terrain, preceding the foot’s roll and forward movement.

Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

At Parade, we carry out a life cycle analysis to measure the environmental impact of each of our models: from the extraction of raw materials, manufacturing, use, logistics, right through to the end of the product's life. Our environmental impact calculators, developed in-house using ADEME's EMPREINTE® database, have been certified by AFNOR for textiles and validated by the Eco-design Cluster* for footwear.

*The Eco-design cluster is the national center for eco-design and life-cycle performance. Its expertise is recognized nationally and internationally by ADEME, the French Ministry of the Environment, AFNOR, ISO and the UN-environment.
