Nikola: the safety shoe designed for the construction industry

Specifically designed for high-risk environments in construction and public works, Nikola is a rugged, all-terrain safety shoe that is still comfortable to wear. They meet the requirements of standard EN ISO 20345: 2022 S3S SR FO LG SC CI HI, which guarantees:

  • good grip on all types of ground;
  • an outsole that insulates against cold and heat;
  • forefoot protection thanks to a stone guard marked SC;
  • protection against the risk of impact, crushing or puncture.

The shoes are fitted with a fabric anti-puncture insert and a composite toe cap, giving them non-magnetic properties.

To make it easier for you to get around your sites, we've fitted these low safety shoes with large notches and the FLEX SYSTEM.

Nikola safety footwear has been designed using materials and finishes that are robust and comfortable over time:

  • 7-hour water-resistant pull-up leather upper, reinforced with double and triple top-stitching;
  • stitched eyelets for greater tear resistance;
  • strong loops and hooks that can withstand loads of over 40 kg;
  • VPS SYSTEM (suspended arch support) technology that supports the natural arch of the foot;
  • thick, super-soft collar and tongue;
  • tongue with gusset to limit the intrusion of dirt and sand.

VPS (suspended arch support)

The shoe's ergonomic shape maintains the natural arch of the foot, following the arch's curve. This support inside the sole itself provides unrivalled comfort, particularly in the case of small or shuffling steps and extended periods of standing still.

Flex system

FLEX SYSTEM technology is suitable for construction work and uneven surfaces. The exclusive design of the sole with its grooves reduces the pressure areas on the sole, providing flexibility and comfort when walking. The shoe moves with the foot and the horizontal and notched grooves under the metatarsal bones, where the foot naturally bends, naturally expel soil as the foot moves forward.
